WordPress Consulting and Development

WordPress is an amazing, community supported web publishing platform. With WordPress I can deliver a beautiful, easy to manage search engine optimized web site. If you already have a WordPress site in place, I can also help you with hard-to-solve WordPress issues such as plug-in conflicts, performance and tuning, and theme functionality.

A somewhat common scenario for people working with WordPress is to find a great theme demo online but, after purchasing and installing it, finding themselves at a loss for how to set the site up to look like the demo. If you find yourself in this situation, I can help. Once the theme is configured properly and I have your content displaying as you wish, you'll be able to more easily maintain and update it.

Theme Development and Customization

If you have unique design and functionality needs, I can build you a custom WordPress theme to meet your specific requirements.  I can also customize and modify existing themes, changing design elements and adding other theme functionality as needed. I work the most with the StudioPress Genesis framework and WooThemes.

CSS and Content Layout

Are you having trouble getting your WordPress content laid out and presented perfectly? Or do you have a lot of content, but aren't quite sure how to organize and present it? I do quite a bit of work in CSS and can make your content look great.

Custom Design

Do you want a site that looks different than everything else out there? If so, I can provide custom graphic services where we work closely with you to find the perfect design for your project. I can also take an existing theme and implement a new custom design and or start from a set of mockups or PSD files.

WooCommerce & Other eCommerce

Do you need an online store or cost-effective way to sell products on your website? I have experience implementing a wide variety of e-commerce applications ranging from self-contained plug-in based solutions to sophisticated 3rd party services. My personal favorite for a self-hosted solution is WooCommerce.

Site Migrations

Moving your WordPress site to a web host can sometimes be tricky, especially those involving multisite or “Network” installs. I have extensive experience doing site migrations across servers and environments and can do this for you so that downtime is minimized.

WPML

WPML (The WordPress Multilingual Plugin) allows you to run a fully multilingual site with WordPress. I have experience setting up and running large WPML websites and can help reduce your frustration and learning curve with this complex plugin.

Facebook

Are you wanting to do more with Facebook? Set up business or public pages, groups, or advertising? Do you want to auto-post from your WordPress site to your Facebook account? Are you confused with all of the rules and guidelines? I may be able to help.
